Great location, amazing mountain view from balcony, helpful staff, well-managed hotel, bikes arranged for exploring.

The design of the room was beautiful and modern. The bed was very comfortable and made it easy to drift off to sleep after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was very close to many popular attractions and had a lot to offer in terms of dining options.

The noise level was extremely high and made it difficult to get restful sleep at night due to the street noise. the light control in the room was very confusing and it was hard to find the right setting to either get enough light or to be able to sleep in complete darkness.

We loved staying at this hotel due to its amazing location right in the heart of the city, close to everything in West Street area. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, with so many options to choose from. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff was extremely helpful, especially the girl at the reception desk, who was very professional and had perfect English.

Spent the Christmas weekend at a hotel in a busy/street area, but that was the only downside. the hotel had a great variety of local and international food options which my family enjoyed. the hotel was also close to major shopping areas and restaurants which was convenient for us to explore the city. Best aspects: the hotel staff were very helpful at all times and made the stay comfortable and relaxing. We were offered a great view from our room which was a nice touch and the room itself was clean, spacious, and well-decorated for the season.

During my recent stay at Yitian West Street, I was amazed by the unbeatable location right in the heart of the vibrant West Street in Yangshuo. The hotel offered fair pricing for their clean rooms, making it a great value for money. The breakfast provided was fresh and satisfying, with a great variety of options. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelette, which was one of the best I've had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well-managed. I also appreciated the guava served during breakfast, a delightful surprise. The highlight of my stay was the roasted goose restaurant, Chun Ji Company, located just a short distance away. As a Chinese traveler, I have been to many places, but the food and service at this restaurant impressed me greatly. The staff, especially the professional and helpful girl at the reception, ensured a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Her excellent English skills made communication easy. I highly recommend Yitian West Street for its superb location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The hotel is located near a wide range of restaurants and the mall. Guests can find different types of food easily in the restaurant located just around the corner. the hotel is also in the centre of town, convenient for exploring nearby tourist attractions. the room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is also well-maintained. the staff offers a good service with a smile. the breakfast served has a decent selection of food.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool, reducing the enjoyment of a relaxing stay.
